RomanceOver the weeks, months, and years to come, we're going to build this space into a depository of stories, photos, and videos. Won't you share with us your happiest of days?
We want to hear all about the flowers, the guests, the food, the music, the electricity, and the sense of having arrived. We'll build you a personalized page that you can send to your friends and loved ones. Share the sweetness.
To touch a lover's hand, taste of his or her lips...does such joy and peace concern whether the beneficiary of such affection is of the or different gender?
That he or she is black or white?
Able to see, hear, or walk elegantly?
As of June 17th, 2008, wedding bells chiming throughout California and Massachusetts are more than expressions of commitment; they're the soundtrack of marriage, eternal and true, protected (at the state level, at least) and celebratory. (New Yorkers are feeling the love, too.)
But Marriage Equaity extends far beyond the GLBT community. Last year marked the 40th anniversay of the landmark ruling Loving v. Virginia, which extended marriage equality to interracial couples.
We hold fast to the to the knowledge that love is forever, meaningful, destined, and that the universe doesn't care a lick about the chromomal makeup of the partners engaged.

WITH THIS RING Magazine is a COMMUNITY magazine, not your typical publication compiled by faceless editors in far-of offices. This means we need your voice, and your help to grow.
Contact the editor for details on contributing your words and images, getting involved with the magazine's development efforts, and generally helping ensure that we're here to ensure that love, commitment, and family are celebrated—not segregated.
